This year, the Student Success Mini-Grant application process has migrated to a fillable PDF application form. Download the form, work with your team, and submit it through the Docusign link below.

Submissions are due by December 20, 2023. For more information, please contact grants@otc.edu.

Steps:

  3. Click here to upload and submit your application.

Grant Restrictions:

Funds may not be used for:

  • Hiring of New Full-Time Positions (part-time positions are allowable if reviewed and approved by the corresponding department chair and Human Resources)
  • Stipends to Faculty and Staff
  • Incentives to Students (e.g. prizes for completion of surveys, purchase of gift cards, cash prizes, etc.)
  • Alcohol or other ineligible OTC budget costs
