The Institutional Research Office provides objective, relevant data and analytics to decision-makers across the college to advance its mission and serve the community. To fulfill this mission, the office collects and analyzes information through surveys, data dashboards and compliance data reporting.
The office also ensures ethical research practices are followed based on the AIR Code of Ethics and Professional Practice and the Institutional Review Board (IRB).
Institutional Research services include data dashboards, surveys, institutional fast facts and ad hoc data requests. The office also conducts IPEDS compliance data reporting and assessments including: Student Satisfaction Survey, Course Evaluation Survey, Graduate Survey, Community College Survey of Student Engagement (CCSSE), National Community College Benchmarking Project (NCCBP), Ruffalo Noel-Levitz and the Economic Impact Study.
The Institutional Research Office strives to build a data-informed culture throughout the college community. Faculty and staff are encouraged to utilize its services to help answer their research questions with relevant, accurate information to support student success.
